Jeffery Lamar Williams, known professionally as Young Thug, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He was born in the year 1991 making him 31 years of age.
He’s been in the news recently after being charged with co-founding a violent criminal street gang called YSL and participating in gang activity.
Brian Steel his lawyer however in support of his client told the judge who was handling the case of Young Thug that THUG means Truly Humble Under God and has nothing in relation with crime as the word THUG is being depicted.
He also assured the jurors that the lyrics and evidence of his defendant Jeffery Lamar also known as Young Thug was misrepresented as its purpose was not to run a criminal street geng on the streets of Cleveland.
