Kwasi Aboagye Tells Shatta Wale to Listen to Him Because He’s Richer
Kwasi Aboagye, a well-known journalist and host on Peace FM, recently sent a bold message to Shatta Wale, the self-proclaimed dancehall king. Aboagye said that since he is richer than Shatta Wale, the singer should listen to his advice. He pointed out that Shatta Wale has often said that only those wealthier than him have the right to advise him. Aboagye took this as his cue to speak up.
On his show, Kwasi Aboagye declared, “I have advice for Shatta Wale, and he must listen, whether he likes it or not. I’ve heard Shatta Wale say many times that you can’t advise him unless you’re richer than him. Well, I am richer, so he should listen to me. Besides being wealthier, I’m also older, more educated, and more knowledgeable. I have more children and take care of more people than he does, so I’ve earned the right to advise him.”
Aboagye’s comments were made in response to a troubling issue between Shatta Wale and his mother. She has publicly accused her son of abandoning her for nearly ten years. Reacting to this situation, Aboagye cautioned Shatta Wale about the dangers of neglecting his parents. He backed his advice with a Bible verse from Ephesians 6:1-4, which teaches that honoring one’s parents is crucial for a long life on earth.
Aboagye passionately emphasized the importance of family respect and responsibility. He urged Shatta Wale to mend his relationship with his mother and fulfill his duties as a son.
