What’s the Role?
As a UI/UX Designer at Pillser, you will collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate on existing designs and enhance user experiences that drive conversion rates. This full-time, remote position allows you to work from anywhere while occasionally meeting in person to brainstorm and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and optimize user journeys across the Pillser platform using Figma.
– Collaborate with the founder to gather requirements and implement eye-catching designs.
– Conduct user research, including concept and usability testing, to ensure a user-centric approach.
– Create and manage product component libraries and technical guidelines.
– Support marketing efforts by designing assets for various channels.
Immediate Projects
You will contribute to projects, such as:
– Pillser Health Card: Personalized recommendations based on user profiles.
– Supplement Diary: A new product for logging and tracking supplement intake and health goals.
– Pillser Stack Exchange: A user-shared supplement stacks feature with a reward system.
The ideal candidate will have:
Must-Have Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience.
– Proven experience in designing e-commerce websites.
– Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design.
– A strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
– Experience collaborating with React developers.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
– Experience in healthcare or nutrition-related projects.
– Familiarity with AI and its ethical implications in healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits
