Gunmen Attack Students; Set Driver and Vehicle Ablaze [Photos]
A heart-wrenching incident occurred when a driver transporting students of Kongo Senior High School (SHS) in Nabdam to Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region met a tragic end when gunmen attacked their vehicle.
According to a report by Adomonline.com, the gunmen forced the students out of the vehicle and then set it ablaze with the driver still inside.
This horrifying incident occurred in front of Bawku SHS around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024, as the students were traveling from Widana.
A Community in Fear
The attack, suspected to be linked to the renewed chieftaincy dispute in Bawku, has left the community in a state of fear and urgency.
This conflict has already claimed several lives and injured many in recent days.
