Sad News: 1 Military Officer Dead, 5 Injured in Upper East Region
A tragic accident has claimed the life of one military officer and left five others critically injured in the Upper East Region. The incident occurred at Binduri, involving a military vehicle from the 11 Mechanised Battalion in Bawku.

The military vehicle, bearing registration number 15 GA 04, was en route from Bawku to Bazua when it suddenly veered off the road and flipped multiple times. The crash resulted in the death of one officer, while five others sustained severe injuries.

The injured officers were promptly transported to the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital and the Tamale Teaching Hospital for urgent medical treatment. The condition of the injured officers remains critical, and they are receiving intensive care.
